October 28, 2007 '...The best Staff
Weekend ever...!' - An important factor for its success was
certainly the new modular organisation of the weekend. Again, what
is the goal of such a Staff Weekend: At Staff Weekends we do not
primarily impart professional competence. This expertise is
principally developed in the schools. And feel-good-lessons are not
the objective of those weekends either. Of course, this can be an
effect of a 'good' tuition. But what exactly is 'good' tuition? This
is precisely what we are trying to find out during our Staff
Weekends. We systematically train the tuitional skills of all staff
ranks, as they are not automatically given by just knowing 'good'
Kung Fu.
The third major field of our staff education for those who are
principals is the business skills, which for the moment are mainly
developed through personal coaching.

It strikes four times
faster than a snake. It kicks with more than 1'000 pounds (453.59
kg) of force. And it can rival the impact of a 35 mph (56.33 kph)
car crash. It's the most complex weapon ever designed - the human
body. National Geographic Channel brings together a team of experts
and a cross section of champion martial arts masters to analyze the
world's greatest fighting techniques and find out which discipline
has the hardest hits, the fastest moves, and even the deadliest
weapons.
